As a seasoned CEO/President-level executive and proven digital growth leader, I empower organizations to unlock significant revenue expansion, drive impactful digital transformation, and deliver sustainable P&L growth. With over 15 years leading high-performing teams and spearheading innovation across diverse digital landscapes, my approach brings a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on operational excellence to complex business challenges.

Most recently, as VP of Digital & eCommerce at Hal Leonard, I led the comprehensive transformation and expansion of a $38M digital division, contributing 27% EBITDA growth within my division in 2023. My leadership extended to pioneering subscription innovation, developing D2C platforms, and orchestrating complex digital rights licensing initiatives. This period also included driving pivotal strategic acquisitions crucial for long-term growth and digital innovation.

In December 2024, I launched Koszuta Ventures LLC, through which I actively apply executive-level expertise, partnering with companies to diagnose critical challenges and implement solutions that drive growth, optimize product strategy, and transform operations. Recent engagements span both startups and established enterprises, focusing on scalable product development, revenue diversification, and operational transformation.
