With two decades leading digital, product, and eCommerce initiatives across both established brands and high-growth ventures, I bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational experience. As VP of Digital & eCommerce at Hal Leonard, I built and scaled a $38M division, launched new platforms and subscription models, and delivered 27% YoY EBITDA growth through product innovation and cross-functional digital leadership.
In addition to my full-time work, I maintain selective advisory involvement through Koszuta Ventures, supporting founders and organizations navigating digital strategy, product development, and growth challenges. My focus is always on clarity, alignment, and creating systems that turn opportunity into sustainable impact.
